Sometimes the body’s own defenses turn against the brain and nerves, as in multiple sclerosis and brain inflammation. Patients are often young, and symptoms can appear suddenly. This session explores how the immune and nervous systems interact and how that knowledge is changing treatment. By attending, you will learn about newer therapies, better testing, and ways to support patients over the long term through advances in Therapeutics.
