Brain cells die when they no longer admit oxygen and nutrients from the blood or there's unforeseen bleeding into or around the Brain. When the brain, the spinal cord, and the nerves that run throughout the human body are affected, it is said to have Neurological Disorders. Further Details addressed at Brain Disorders Conference.
